Almost all of the wines that Gold Medal Wine Club chooses for Gold Series members have received Silver and Gold Medals at major wine industry competitions and have received scores of at least 88 points from national wine publications. Each potential wine undergoes a rigorous selection process with Gold Medal Wine Club's in-house tasting panel, and, before any decisions are made, the panel also takes into consideration the wine's seasonality and consumer varietal preferences.
